Pilates for Kids and Teens

Designed to increase postural awareness in developing bodies, Pilates for Kids and Pilates for Teens offers a modified workout that is fun to do and age-appropriate. It focuses on stretching as well as gentle strengthening, to lay the foundation for a lifetime of good posture and injury-free movement.

The programs are done on mats, and incorporate small balls, stability balls and other props to help achieve proper form while maximizing the function of the muscles.

Breathing exercises help the children to develop a healthy mind-body connection and increase their ability to focus on tasks at hand.

STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Lili Viola can visit your home, school, day camp or fitness club to offer customized programs. Both private and group sessions are available.
